Terms of Use

These terms ("Terms") apply between you and Bell Software (org. no. 937 295 367), which operates the Firepitch platform at firepitch.io. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

1. Service description

Firepitch is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate tailored, interactive sales presentations ("pitches"). The service includes analysis of company and prospect data, generation of presentations, sharing via unique links, and view analytics.

2. Registration and account

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
  • You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Subscription and payment

  • Firepitch offers a free plan and several paid subscriptions. Current pricing can be found on the pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing period.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to existing pitches but cannot generate new ones beyond the free plan.
  • All prices are listed in NOK excl. VAT.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Upload content that infringes on others' rights or is misleading
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or mass-copy content from the platform
  • Resell or redistribute access to the service to third parties without written consent

5. Intellectual property

  • Your data: You retain all rights to content you input into Firepitch, including company information and documents.
  • Generated pitches: Pitches generated by the AI are yours to use freely for commercial purposes.
  • Our platform: Firepitch retains all rights to the platform's code, design, and technology.

6. AI-generated content

Pitches are generated by AI based on available data. We do not guarantee that the content is error-free, complete, or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting generated pitches before sharing them with prospects.

7. Limitation of liability

Firepitch is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses resulting from downtime, data errors, or AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time via settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, with reasonable notice.
  • Upon account termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be settled by Norwegian courts with Buskerud District Court (Buskerud tingrett) as the legal venue.
