Pricing questions
What is a credit?
The unit Firepitch measures work in. Research, the brief, the presentation and changes use credits by what they actually take. A typical meeting uses about 150. Small changes cost only what they use.
What happens when I run out?
A meeting you've started always finishes. After that you can buy a credit pack, switch plans or wait for next month's credits.
Do I pay per seller?
Yes, and there's no limit on sellers. Each seller adds their credits, and the whole team shares them. Three sellers on Growth share 3,000 credits a month.
What if something fails?
A failed attempt costs nothing. You only pay for what's delivered.
Can I switch or cancel?
Yes, whenever you like. Changes apply from the next period, and you keep your pitches.
Is there a lock-in?
No. Monthly plans cancel any time. Yearly plans save 10% and renew once a year. Starter is billed monthly.
